Take a look at what’s currently on site across Ireland. From new builds to major renovations and contemporary extensions, these are the architect-designed homes we’re working on right now. Each project is led personally by one of our directors, Séan McCann or Paul Moore, from initial concept through to completion. We’re based in our architect studio in Dublin, but we work with homeowners across Greater Dublin, the east coast and throughout Ireland who are serious about creating something exceptional. As these projects progress, we’ll update this page with new photos and milestones.

Stepaside, County Dublin: renovation of a 1970s family home

We’re working on a major renovation of a large 1970s house on a private one-acre site in Stepaside, south County Dublin. The clients recently purchased the property for their family of seven. Essentially a blank canvas, the existing house is long and narrow with too many corridors, so we’re rethinking the entire layout to create a home that works for a busy family. The elevated site offers potential for views that the original design never took advantage of. Watch this space.

Bungalow extension and renovation in Foxrock, Dublin 18

This standard bungalow in Foxrock is becoming something else entirely. A major extension, renovation and upgrade will turn it into a striking, contemporary black-clad home set within its mature, leafy site. The on-site photos tell the story so far: the original structure stripped back, a new steel frame rising in its place. When it’s finished, this will be unrecognisable from what stood here before. One for the design magazines.

House extension and renovation in Templeogue, Dublin 6

This 1,100 sq ft detached home on a corner site in Templeogue is getting a complete transformation, inside and out. The dated interior and separate living rooms are being replaced by an open-plan layout with a new rear extension designed to connect the house properly to its generous south-west facing garden. The original dated frontage is giving way to a striking new facade in cedar panelling and zinc. It’s the kind of project where you’d walk past and never recognise it as the same house.

House extension and renovation in Dartry, South Dublin

A single-storey rear extension and full ground floor remodel are now under way at this detached home in Dartry. The design replaces a closed-off ground floor layout with a light-filled open-plan kitchen, living and dining area that opens out to the rear garden. It’s a project that shows what’s possible when you rethink the ground floor of your home, rather than just adding space to it.
