We’ve spent nearly two decades creating homes across Ireland that our clients love to live in. From contemporary new builds to sensitive renovations of period properties, our work is rooted in practical experience and a genuine passion for residential design.

We handle the full process, from initial concept through planning and construction, so you have one team guiding your project from first conversation to moving in.

Dublin is full of homes worth investing in. Period homes in Ballsbridge and Ranelagh. Detached houses in Blackrock (our design studio is in Mount Merrion). Expansive gardens in Foxrock. 1960s bungalows in Dalkey with views that deserve a better house. Whatever era your home belongs to, the architecture of that time made choices that don’t always suit how you live now.

That’s the design challenge we thrive on. Most of our Dublin work involves making existing homes work harder, whether that’s a rear extension that opens up a dark ground floor or a full renovation that rethinks a layout room by room. Sometimes both.

You probably already know what’s not working. The kitchen that feels cut off from the rest of the house. A ground floor divided into rooms nobody uses. An old extension that never sat right. These are problems we see every week. They’re problems we know how to solve for you.

We also design new build homes, particularly on coastal and rural sites along the corridor from Dublin towards Dundalk and beyond. Our second studio in Hillsborough, Northern Ireland, means we work with homeowners right across Ireland.
