By spending a large amount of time with their clients, McCann Moore strives to ensure that they truly understand what the client envisages. Presenting clients with 3D drawings this turns their visions into reality and shows how the finished project will look.
“We love to be the heart of the whole process from initial concept right through to the detail design and overall completion of your home” said Paul.

For a lot of us we know what we want, we just don’t know how to make it happen so this is where an architect can help with ideas and if you are busy or inexperienced or simply don’t trust builders, then an architect will keep an informed eye to make sure your project stays on track.
There are countless things to consider when undertaking the design of a new home or remodelling. Which way should the door open, should we have recessed lights, where do the outlet pipes go, and much more. These are things we wouldn’t normally have to think about but can add a huge amount of stress and if not done correctly have a massive impact on your budget.
An architect will most definitely take the stress out of the equation as they are the experts who will manage the project and have the contacts to find you the best builders. Also if you need planning permission then an architect can be crucial in successfully liaising with the local planning authority.
Architects are subject to a statutory code of practice and have Professional Indemnity Insurance to protect their clients. They must also be registered with the Architects Registration Board which has a publicly accessible database.
